Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the NUKSH app and website ("NUKSH", "the Service"), operated by Brandory Private Limited, a company registered in Mumbai, India ("we", "us", "our"). By using NUKSH you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use NUKSH with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Nature of the Service

NUKSH provides Vedic astrology charts (Kundali), divisional charts, Panchang, numerology, compatibility matching, daily guidance and AI-generated astrological interpretations. Astrology is a traditional belief system. All readings, predictions, remedies and AI answers are for guidance, reflection and entertainment only.

Nothing in NUKSH is medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice, and no outcome, event or timing is guaranteed. Do not make important health, legal, financial or relationship decisions based solely on NUKSH. In an emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

3. Accuracy of birth details

Calculations depend on the birth date, time and place you enter. Incorrect or approximate details will produce inaccurate results. Where birth time is unknown, time-dependent readings are withheld or marked as limited.

4. AI astrologer

AI answers are generated automatically from your calculated chart and may contain mistakes. They do not represent the views of a human astrologer. You are responsible for how you use them.

5. Other people's details

When you add family members or partners for matching, you confirm you have their permission (or that of their guardian) to enter their birth details.

6. Packages and pricing

NUKSH sells one-time chat packages. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically. Chats from packages you buy add together.

  • Free Trial: ₹0 for 3 chats, once per account.
  • Starter: ₹99 (MRP ₹199) for 3 chats.
  • Starter Plus: ₹199 (MRP ₹399) for 8 chats.
  • Growth: ₹499 (MRP ₹999) for 25 chats.
  • Premium: ₹999 (MRP ₹1999) for 65 chats.
  • Each extra family slot is a one-time charge of ₹249.
  • Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices with notice in the app; packages you already bought are not affected.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Since packages are one-time purchases, there is nothing to cancel. Payments are final and non-refundable, including unused chats and family slots. If you are charged twice or a payment fails but you are still charged, email us within 7 days and we will fix it or refund you. If you erase your account in Settings, any unused chats and slots are lost. Where Indian law requires a refund, we will follow that law.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

  • attempting to hack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer NUKSH;
  • using it for unlawful, harassing, fraudulent or harmful purposes;
  • reselling or redistributing readings or content without our written permission.

9. Intellectual property

The NUKSH name, logo, design, text and software belong to Brandory Private Limited. Your personal reports are for your own personal, non-commercial use.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brandory Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on NUKSH content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms. You may stop using NUKSH and delete your data at any time.

12. Privacy

Your use of NUKSH is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will show the new date above; continued use after changes means you accept them.
