NUKSH is operated by Brandory Private Limited, Mumbai, India ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is written to align with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Information we collect

Birth details: name, gender, date, time (or "unknown") and place of birth, for you and any family members or partners you add.
Contact details: email and phone number, if you choose to give them.
Your activity: questions you ask the AI astrologer, saved matches, life milestones you log, mantra counts, language and notification settings.
Payment details: handled by our payment provider; we do not store your full card or UPI details.
Technical data: basic device, browser and error information needed to keep the Service working.

We do not collect face, palm or other biometric data.

2. How we use it

To calculate your Kundali, divisional charts, Panchang, numerology and matches.
To generate AI astrology answers based on your calculated chart.
To manage your plan, family slots and payments.
To send notifications you have switched on, and to respond to support requests.
To keep the Service secure and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Where your data is stored

When signed in, your birth profiles, calculated charts, horoscope summaries, dated daily predictions and calculation/language preferences are saved privately to your NUKSH account through secure cloud infrastructure. Daily predictions are saved when you view them; dates you have not viewed are not automatically generated. Deleting a birth profile deletes its chart and predictions; correcting birth details or calculation settings replaces the chart and clears predictions based on the old details. Guest profiles are kept on your device for a 24-hour preview; guest daily readings are not saved to an account. Matches, milestones and chat history are currently device-local for guests and session-only when signed in; they are not yet synced to your account. When you ask the AI astrologer a question, your birth details are sent securely to our servers to calculate your chart, and only the calculated chart and your question are passed to our AI provider to generate an answer. Guest data is deleted automatically after 24 hours.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help run NUKSH (hosting, AI processing, payments), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

5. Other people's details

If you add a family member or partner, please make sure they (or their guardian) agree. They can ask us to delete their details at any time.

6. Children

NUKSH is meant for adults. Details of anyone under 18 should be added only by a parent or guardian.

7. Your rights

You can view, correct or delete your saved profiles at any time from the Privacy Center. You may also email us to access, correct or erase your data, withdraw consent, or raise a complaint.

8. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the Service or meet legal duties (for example, payment records required under tax law), then delete it.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections and limit access to data. No system is completely secure, so please keep your device protected.

10. Changes

We may update this policy and will show the new date above. Significant changes will be highlighted in the app.
